We are using wordpress with memberpress. They recommended we use stripe as our payment gateway

#

Memberpress said it was a cache problem, but we've cleared cache several times and the issue hasn't been resolved.

yeah this would entirely be an issue to talk to the plugin about, they control the code so all depends on what their code is doing with respect to Stripe's objects

I did.

They said it is communication with stripe

#

they said that stripe isn't sending the accurate or updated subscription info to our memberpress site regarding a new member subscription.
