Hi there 👋 we weren't involved with building the functionality that WooCommerce offers for Stripe, so we can't provide guidance on whether that approach will meet your needs.

If you integrate directly with Stripe instead, we do have some of the mentioned functionality.

Our customer portal allows your customers to update their billing details and make changes to their subscription (though it doesn't accept payments)

The Stripe Dashboard can be used to create subscriptions for customers, but if you wanted something more tailor-made then that would be custom work.
