Not quite like you're asking, no. You could create those payments on your server without Checkout, though!

As for Checkout, you can take a look at Link with Stripe, which allows customers to have payment methods for re-use between Checkout sessions, even across merchants.

Okay, so If someone adds payment method separately, the one cannot reuse it on checkout, right?
