Yes, all that is fine. The payment is shown in the stripe dashboard; however, stripe doesn't send it to the selected bank account

Basically, it will always set a later date, e.g. initially it said 20th Nov, then said 25th, and now it is saying 29th.

I'd really need to look at it to understand what exactly we're discussing

ultimately this is a question for our support team at https://support.stripe.com/email though since it's about a specific payment on your account and Discord is an anonymous channel for API questions, but I can take a quick look
