sure ,you can certainly use both approaches, it's part of the business logic you might build into your flows. It's a little out of scope of Stripe, since right now we don't provide any products for that and we don't do automatic price conversion or customer location detection so it's more of a higher-level thing in your e-commerce integration overall.
