I don't have a great understanding of that but it basically means that authentication failed, I don't fully know at "what" stage and why, i.e. whether it was an intermittent issue, the bank has a problem with their authentication page, etc

I see, so Stripe does not track or know why 3D Secure failed, it just knows it did?
