Do you mean when they take a payment, have a delay before the funds are sent to their account?

So the flow right now using express accounts when a customer pays for a sellers product, stripe will send the app fee to my stripe account and send the rest of the funds to the sellers stripe express account less the stripe fees. Is there a way to delay sending those funds to the sellers account?

Separate charges and transfers would be the way to do that https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers

All the other multiparty payment methods will automatically send the funds to the seller's account
