Hello! I wish I could help, but this chat is focused on developers and technical questions. Our support team will be able to assist you with account capability questions better than I can: https://support.stripe.com/contact

actually it is the contact channel who directed me to here, they said they can not find this request

#

can u find this request on 'Yu Cheng'?

minor lily
#

Sorry, who directed you here exactly?

wet marlin
#

I think his name is james

#

ask me to come here for help

minor lily
#

But it was someone from Stripe Support?

wet marlin
#

yes

#

basically they could not find that request from my dashboard

minor lily
#

How long ago? I'm not seeing any record of that request ID in a support interaction.

wet marlin
#

yesterday

#

I left office since then

minor lily
#

Are you sure you were logged in to the same account where this request exists when you contacted support?

wet marlin
#

tbh Idk, the only thing I am sure is I use the test key pair on my dashboard to made that request

#

and got that result

minor lily
#

If you go to your profile in the Dashboard and scroll to the bottom how many accounts are listed there? Don't share any info about the accounts, just tell me how many there are: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/user

wet marlin

4

Okay, so find the one with the account ID ending in LKw and then use the account switcher in the top left of the Dashboard to switch to that account.

wet marlin
#

srry I did not see account end with LKw

minor lily
#

Okay, so you don't have access to the account this request came from.

wet marlin
#

I mean how could it possible I do not have the access of the account of the platform that I created for myself and for testing purpose only

minor lily
#

Maybe you have a second Stripe username tied to different accounts?

wet marlin
#

so first I do not remember I have different account, also even if I used to applied a stripe account few years ago which I do not remember, but I used the test key pair on dashboard of 'Yu Cheng'

#

how could it treat as different account

minor lily
#

I can't say. All I can say is that the request ID you have does not belong to an account you currently have access to. Where did you get that request ID from?

wet marlin
#

dev localhost

minor lily
#

Do you have Stripe CLI installed?

wet marlin
#

stripe python api

#

give me sec, let me make another api call

minor lily
#

If you run stripe.Account.retrieve() you should see info about the account you're using.

wet marlin
#

however I am fighting with javascript issue

minor lily
#

Does the account ID shown there end in LKw?

wet marlin
#

I will figure it out, plz wait for a while I need to fix a js issue to bring the page back

#

srry

wet marlin
#

srry just got it up

#

had a little bit drama

#

u r right

#

prLKw end with

#

use the name as the company I am working with Unitix

#

@minor lily hope u r still online

graceful urchin
#

Hello, Rubeus is out for the day and I will take over

#

Let me catchup

#

So LKw is the account you have access to or not?

#

Unfortunately we can't locate the support request you are referring to. Please continue with it within your email, and our Support should be able to help you with Account-related inquires

wet marlin
#

srry stupid me, use the private test key of the company that I am working

#

I actually technically do not have the access to that stripe account, but we are a small company so we started testing stripe api by use the test keys of the company stripe account

#

@graceful urchin ok now I used my own stripe. test key
