ok yeah the visibility I have is that whatever you're seeing there is coming from the issuing bank, so I can't say what the "real" issue is but whatever error you're seeing is just a decline the bank sends us back

So I guess we need to talk to the bank? If so are there any ID we can provide them?

not really, you can provide things like the date/time and charge amount and statement descriptor etc
