If the URL isn't visited, it'll expire in 5 minutes. If used, the URL will expire an hour after the last activity with a max duration of two hours

Ah, that's very helpful. Thanks. Our billing team would like to "send customers a link to update their credit card." Given these session duration limits, it doesn't sound like using the method I've described is valid.

I realize the best option is to integrate the Stripe Billing Portal with our own product.
