Hey there, do you have radar rules enabled to request 3ds when supported? Can you share some example charge ids?

You mentioned you're already looking at changing your integration to support this, which is great.

Yes we are already working on migrating our integration to use payment intent. so that we can support multiple payment options and also enable 3ds

#

we dont have radar rules enabled yet in prod.

I'm not seeing any reason why, so i suspect this is your customer's bank making this decision, but asking for additional help to get another look 👍

Yes this is a decision coming from the bank so you'll need to ask your customer to contact their bank, and continue your work to support 3ds to help support these payments in future
