not that i'm aware of, but if you reach out to Stripe Support (https://support.stripe.com/contact), they'd be able to take a quick look at your account to see if you've received the funds and whether a payout has been scheduled.

for context, when your customer makes a payment, the funds will show in your account as "pending" first. It's only after a certain period of time that the funds become "available" to payout.

When I say "payout", it means to send funds to your bank account.
