You can make any API request on behalf of any connected account. You can read https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication#authentication-via-the-stripe-account-header that explains this and otherwise call https://stripe.com/docs/api/balance/balance_retrieve or https://stripe.com/docs/api/payouts/list etc
