This is the place if you're working directly with Stripe's APIs, but given that you're working with Xero you probably want to contact them
we will be using stripes api from xero, i want to know if a few things are possible in the stripe api
Can you be specific - when you say you're using stripes api from xero are you using our API, or Xero's?
stripe api..... i am wanting to know if the following is possible
- use the api to email a customer a reminder email 4 days before their subscription is going to charge out
- can you use the api to "charge" the account so we don't have to manually do it?
essentially 90% of our clients don't "pay" their bill, we run it for them in another platform but it clunky and looking to move the process to stripe
Hello 👋 stepping in here and catching up. Unfortunately I'm not quite familiar with the Stripe-Xero relationship here. It looks like Xero will be creating these Stripe charges for you, correct?

I agree with karbi, it would be best to reach out to Xero with those questions. Xero could be using our system a lot of ways and even if we knew what they are doing, it will still be up to them what you can do programmatically with their system.
