who is the customer here? end customer? or a Connect account?
is this creating a CreditNote to the Customer's Invoice, right?
More or less, to explain the situation. The customer is a user whose account can receive credit through his company. The company transfers us the balance on our bank account, we will put this balance on Stripe and if possible (legal?) add the credit directly to the end customer

I cannot speak to legality but typically you do Top ups to move funds from your bank account to Stripe Balance, to cover for such scenarios, if your account is eligible for Top Ups, (or you go to Manual Payouts to manually hold some Balance), then you can do this technically

no, Top Ups will just move funds to your Stripe Balance, if you're asking for invoice on credit note, I don't think there is an Invoice for that, it is something applied to an Invoice
