@versed steeple , I'm doing both. I have implemented the hold and release feature of stripe, between the seller and buyer. I want to know that what is the role of third-party in stripe platform? How is it that third party can see transactions of both Buyer and Seller.

I'm not too clear what you're asking or what you need to know. Our Connect product allows you to operate as a platform or facilitator of payments for other parties, so you naturally can see those payments.
