Yes, Standard Type

No, you can't influence this -- there is required information to be collected and for Standard accounts this is controlled by Stripe. You can see the require info for various countries and organization structures etc here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/required-verification-information

(its in the custom account docs becuase that's the only scenario where you need to manage what is collected, if you opt into API collection instead of onbaording)
