but i am confused that when we create payment intent and makes funds uncaptured does this deduct the funds from customer account or not?

No, funds are not pulled from the end-customer until the payment intent is captured.

By using separate charges and transfers. The charge (payment intent) pulls the funds into your account, then when it's time to pay out your vendor you create a transfer to move the funds to them.
