Hey there! Is there any particular reason for this? MOTO payments are SCA exempt

We work in the transportation industry (Taxi & PHV), where there is a lot of fraud (chragebacks rates are quite high in this industry).
We need to be able to do MOTO transactions, but we want to keep 3DS to ensure better security et keep chargebacks as low as possible
