Separate authorization and capture to create a charge now, but capture funds later.

so you are saying it possible to get this result that when someone swipes their revolt card it will release the final payment of say $50 is order total 15% is $65 workers swipe card which turns out to be $55 stripe release that and refund the rest to the customer. from stripe ?

I'm saying you can place a hold on a CC with Stripe and then do a partial capture via the API
