step one takes you to there market store and yes i added it to the basket and purchased it. nothing happens after you purchase it

it says if its the first time using composer keep them safe. this isn't the first time we have used composer

Another option is that may need to install a specific version of the Magento module (due to some limitations with your system). That seems to be what the error is implying
