i can only see it in a list of transfers grouped to a payout
but there is no event in the log or any api call corresponding to it

These are automated transfers from the Platform reserve balance to zero out a negative balance of a connected account
Normally around ~180 days of negative balance before they're automated

From the Platform's Connect reserve balance
If a connected account has a negative balance for more than 180 days, Stripe will automatically transfer your reserves to the connected account to zero out the balance. These transfers are shown as Connect collection transfers in your Dashboard and exported reports.
