I am not sure what does "mock previous debits" mean, but yes you can create a normal account, and use Test key to test anything you want

It means to create a history (i need to do checks on previous payments XMonth in the past) so i need an account that has an longer history with specific debits

Yeah so just create an Account, using Test Mode to create a lot of debits that you want, and test them
