Hi aksharji, Stripe will send the invoice when the payment is due. if you want to remind the customers about subscription renewal, you can use this settings page to set the reminder https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic

Hi Jack, thanks for your reply. i see under settings that the email will be sent in an hours time

the strange thing however is the setting says so but i dont see any email in my mailbox

Is the invoice created in test mode?

That subscription's invoice will be finalized in 1 hour, and after finalize it should send an email. However in Test mode we won't send email like Live mode
