Last4 is available in Stripe API, but we don't know how WooCommerce handle it. It would be best to reach out to WooCommerce support

I am using the Woocommerce Stripe Gateway and I beleive I have setup the webhooks key correctly.

Does the response come from Stripe in the Test mode?

depends on the API call, but generally yes

Yes. It works and it shows the Last4 on the dashboard for Stripe. All I need is to show that on Woocommerce side. I am trying to connect with them.
