disputes are primarily a cards thing, but are also supported by many non-card payment methods

Do you have an example I can look at? Can you also be a bit more descriptive about what is and isn't working?
what does "I do not seem to be receiving" mean in clearer words? Are you talking about a webhook event?
that JSON is no for an event though it's the raw PaymentIntent. PaymentIntents never use Product and Prices so the metadata added on a Product would be completely unrelated, API or Dashboard.
