So why address is considered as unsafe to create token server-side. But upload ID document is safe to upload from app backend ?

If i create stripe connect account in France. I can't send user's address from server-side. We need create token in frontend (by Stripe.js) and than send this token from back-end

Unfortunately I am not immediately sure on the design decisions behind those. What are you looking to do now? To upload the docs or put the address info in server-side?
