ohdear, then i'm all out of ideas. We tend to mainly help out with developer questions here, so I'm not too familiar with non-developer based automation tools...sorry that I couldn't be of more help here

I tried that one and it works based on subscription but doesn’t seem to work when we get a new customer that doesn’t start with a subscription.
