Do you have the Use Radar on payment methods saved for future use option enabled in your Dashboard here? https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar
Is it enabled in both test and live mode?
Can you give me the ID of a Setup Intent where the ZIP was incorrect but the card was saved anyway?

That succeeded because we didn't know the ZIP was invalid at that time.
So not all cards evaluated at the time of saving?
Radar rules only works on selected cards?
We validate the card information when you use a Setup Intent, but we don't always ask the card issuer during the validation process.
could you roughly estimate what percentage of cards will not be validated during setup intent for ZIP code?
I don't believe that's information we share, partly because I believe it's subject to change.

One more thing. We pay RADAR fees for all transactions, including setup intent transactions because we enabled the option to use radar for future payments
Does Stripe charge us RADAR fees for the setupintent transactions that are not verified with Bank?
