No, but it really depends on your server configuration more than anything on the Stripe side if I'm understanding correctly.

Stripe doesn't modify non-Stripe cookies at all.

That looks fine to me. Checkout will send people to one of those two URLs depending on what happens in Checkout, and from there it's entirely up to you/your code/your web server what happens when the person lands on those URLs.
