When they log in to their personal stripe dashboard where should they go to verify for our connected account? Not too clear as i've verified all personal details on that email such as Tax, bank account, etc.
Under our main Stripe account the onboarding leaves those with personal stripe accounts as restricted
A test gmail account that doesn't have a personal stripe account is successfully able to onboard

It may be that that test account you're using needs to provide some information, you should contact support to understand whats needed

I get that in the response console logging the user all of the current_requirements are needed. The onboarding url just doesn't seem to be taking them to a flow where they can input information
Within any of the test accounts we've used we've added all necessary verification under personal settings but i'll send an email out to support as well

Hello! When you use an email address that's already associated with an existing Stripe account we streamline the onboarding process by reusing their existing info. In test mode this means you can't plug in the "verify this account" information, which is what you're running into. If you want to go through the onboarding process each time you should use a different email address each time. You're using Gmail, so you can use the + character to create as many aliases as you want without creating new Gmail accounts. For example, if your Gmail email address is example@gmail.com you can use example+express1@gmail.com, example+express2@gmail.com and so on.

So outside of test mode the user should be able to go through the correct onboarding flow to verify their information (with logging in) ?
And the account wouldn't be restricted under our list of connected accounts

Outside of test mode, if an email is used that's already associated with an account, Stripe may reuse the information they already have, yeah.

If you're doing it in live mode you need to wait for the information you provided to be verified.
