Ok, so looks like the required authentication redirect failed. The user failed to authentication the payment for whatever reason

Thx. already saw this ,but i wasn't shure if that error means a failed authentication on users's side. . . wasn;t shure if that explainatory text is intended for the user or me and was irritaded bc we got contacted by the customer about this problem and i thought that she would not do that if she just failed to log in. . . proved me wrong.. .

Yeah, authentication just failed for some reason. Unfortunately we don't have anymore context. In this case you'd need to reattach a Payment Method to the PI to retry
