Hello! Yes you can use 'auth and capture' flows with payment wallets. You'd just capture server-side like normal: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/capture-later#capture-funds

Place a hold on a card

Separate authorization and capture to create a charge now, but capture funds later.

Thanks! I was a little confused because "Only card payments support separate authorization and capture.", and GP / AP seem to be distinct methods from card payment.

We label them as 'wallets' but generally they're the same undlying payment methods as a card you'd input

That was my guess... I'd say the docs are a little unclear but maybe it's just me 😅 . Appreciate the help!
