so on integrating customer portal I can have multiple products

lets call them silver, gold, and platinum

#

$1, $2, $5

#

if custom opens its portal and want to change from 1 to 5 I would love to him to do right away

but lets say he is on Platinum ($5) and want to change to $1 Silver

I want to happen end of the month

Basically for upgrade I want the mode to be right away and for downgrade mode "at_period_end"

Gotcha, that's not something we support today, we don't have that subtlety in the change being a downgrade or upgrade, you'd need to ask them upfront what they want to do and handle it yourself
