@bronze shell not sure I 100% follow the question, but you can test everything in test mode and create webhook endpoints in test mode as well, yep

we are receiving "null value" for the parameter, ex. SKU parameter is received with null value though we entered a specific value. My delveloper is not sure if webhooks can be checked for proper functionality in test mode (using test order)

they can. Does your developer have more detail? like the exact evt_xxx event ID and the exact code they use to inspect the contents and where they see the null value etc

also I'm worried you are using the legacy, deprecated Orders API? you must not do that, we explicitly deprecated it years ago and heavily suggest against it, if that is what your are using. https://stripe.com/docs/orders

she just said its working now that some key was not inserted into it. I will tell her about the deprecated orders.
