If you want each of these products to be reflected in separate line items you would need to create separate products/prices for each of them

If that's the case, then the subscription total will be calculated by stripe using the price amounts, and then charged as one charge, correct?

Yup! As long as they are all part of the same Subscription we will bundle all the items together and charge them through one Invoice
