if you're based in korea, though, you won't be able to open a stripe account though

because stripe isn't launched in korea

to be super explicit, it could be months, years, or never

if you're based in korea, you unfortunately can't use stripe

you'd need to find a different payments processor, or incorporate your business in a country that stripe does support

that would give you a US EIN, a US bank account, and other US incorporation documents
