Hi 👋 can you help me understand what the concern is? You mentioned that these accounts are enabled, but are there things that they aren't able to do?

they will eventually be restricted, they are not cemplete, they are enabled. They must be completed because when they process a bigger volume their payouts will be paused!
We know that because your verification system is having issues as i said with greek ID documents.
We just need an answer on what should we do, maybe a call because it's not going anywhere ith texts and messages please.

Based on the information that you've provided here and via your support case, I think the best route forward is to keep working through the support case. We focus on troubleshooting integrations in this forum and the verification process is a little outside of our wheelhouse, and I think our support team is going to be best suited to assist here.

We have already sent everything we can, and first of all, us ourselves have sucessfully completed the process so we know how to do it...

We are talking about real reastaurants located in downtown athens, who already are on Wolt-Rocket etc

We have even provided their google business accounts and locations in google Maps that match the address info returned from VIES and linked their official Bank account with Stripe Connect (the one that when the payout greek IRS taxes them for it)

How difficult can it be to onboard a physical store thats been in Athens for 30 years ...

Opening and veryfing a scam shopify dropshipping store linked to a N26 bank account processing 2K a day seems easier 😛

Just kidding but please help us we have developing this API for 8 months now and i had personally praised your support team and help all the way, now that we are about to scale its seems such a bad choice in Greece...
