Yes, I created an item for value £0.10, i did a test payment with applepay £0.40 and stripe payment using card £0.40

This is because fees were £0.21

#

My test payments were 4 x test item at £0.40 total

I'm sorry, I really don't follow what you're describing. I do think you should talk to WooCommerce's support team instead though. This Discord server is for developers with questions about their code and our APIs and it seems you have account specific questions instead
