Can you give me some more detail - are you expecting validation to happen as information is entered into your website, or not until the form has been completed and submitted?

After filling out the form, when submitting, it would be nice if it would show that this data is not valid.

On a general level, we do send all this card information to the network, which will be checked when payment is attempted. If any of this information is flagged as being incorrect and resulted in a decline we would surface it in the error.

If magento is not displaying this information that's something you'd have to write into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) about to get in contact with the specific team that helps with magento

We work with a subscription, the funds are not immediately debited, only authorization takes place. Moreover, the bend does not appear even if the data is not correct.
