Hi 👋 we prevent a lot of emails within test mode, and unfortunately I'm not 100% certain if that one will trigger. However, your chance of getting the email to send will be higher if the recipient address is the exact same as the email address of the owner of your Stripe account.

Is there any log of emails sent on the dashboard?

It works only for email owner?
Or would it also trigger for other emails, which have access to dashboard?

I don't think those are logged in the dashboard, and my understanding is that it's specific to the owner's email.
