possibly, I'd need to look at the specific example(like the PaymentIntent pi_xxx)
it is also up to Klarna as well as to what options they offer the customer

This is a successful Payment Intent for an order in GBP from the UK. The only option available was buy now, pay in 30 days: pi_3JtrFf2vQHnLCSxo1fjDGzLa.

from what I can see in our logs the options there would have been pay_later,pay_over_time (Pay in 30 days // 3 interest-free instalments ) which does line up with what the docs say a UK customer should see
