I have looked into your subscription and invoices with Amount paid marked as $0, there is a minimum charge amount for different countries [0], for HKD, the minimum amount is $4, as the amount defined for the subscription is $1 in your account. This amount is insufficient to be charged for the customer, the customer balance logs displays the message "Invoice too small" [1], as a result, this amount is added to the customer's balance instead [2].
