Ah.... I think I see the issue... the available date is today...... so I created the transfer when I got the charge.successful api... but created the transfer referring the charge token...... so I guess I see the transfer on the connected account ... but it actually has not available yet..

got another question on a different subject This is about reversing transfers. What happens if I attempt to reverse a transfer when the payout happens on the connected account ? For example I am refunding a payment made by mistake. The documentation mentions about debiting the connected account in the case the connected account does not have enough money to cover the reversal. Is there a case where a reversal of a transfer could fail ?
It depends on the details of the account, your platform etc. If things are set up to allow it the account will be negative balance and we'll try to debit the bank account to cover the negative balance
but if we can't, your platform becomes responsible for the balance on that account (for express and custom)
