Stripe should support Discover cards in wallet such as Apple Pay. Do you mean that you can not add Discord card into Apple Pay? Or you added it but can't not use it when calling a payment with Stripe?

That's simply because of that card can not be used to pay in web. It's a limit from Apple Pay side.
