not really.. monthly subscription start date and end date will be every month ..

however in this scenario , Renew date will be end of year..

every month will be recurring payment

i think there may be some confusion here - a monthly billing cycle means that the customer will be charged every month, a yearly billing cycle means that the customer will be charged every year

then what you would need to do is to set a monthly billing cycle, but end the schedule after 12 months

the example listed in there is for 6 months i.e. phases[0][iterations]=6, so you just need to change it to 12 months

is it possible to create subscription without giving transfer connect account number

in order to get the money to my platform and initiate the transfer separately to multiple connect account, this would get triggered when we get invoice paid webhook..

That's called "Separate Charge and Transfer" approach
