hello @lapis elm! could you clarify what you expect to see when you login to the Express account Dashboard?
And also provide the account id of the Express account which you're looking at? it'd look like acct_123

@lapis elm i can see that card_capabilities is enabled on this connected account - https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/acct_1Jrt89RP95h5iS0d/settings. What are you expecting to see on the Express account Dashboard?

Thank you for the reply. I was expecting to see in-person payments enabled. But it is not enabled
I also created this location id for the express account. I logged into the express account dashboard to see the location and add a terminal, but it is not enabled. Location id: tml_EYFMyQ3E8Hr5ON
Also it says, Only account administrators can enable this feature. when I hover on Enable button under Terminal

hmmmm, i don't think you need to enable it there, out of curiosity are you having trouble proceeding with the other steps?

Yes. I cannot see the locations on stripe I added. I do not have a place to add reader from the dashboard.

alright, so i don't know if it was ever possible to do it via the Dashboard that way - you'd need to write in to Stripe Support to check on this. Based off the documentation though, you would want to do it via the API using the Stripe-Account header - https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/features/connect
i've tried creating a terminal location on an Express account using the API and that works fine for me
