@strong idol I would assume it works the same as a destination charge in that case, but you'd need to test it to be sure

Not sure either, sorry you've been asking about ACH failures for a while right? I just assumed you tested a destination charge and were now trying with invoices

I'm going back through data that I'm trying to reconcile.

It seems a transfer is created immediately. But in this particular case I'm looking at, eventually the invoice was paid, but no transfer for the final successful charge was made.

So I have a hanging balance on the platform account that didn't get paid out

I'm not sure I follow unfortunately. You mention payment failure, but now invoice paid, so I'm confused

The tried to pay an invoice, it failed, they tried again later, it succeeded.

did you mix up the ids/misunderstood how it was set up or is there something specific I am missing?
