So according to this article, is it possible to collect all funds for transaction from Monday to Sunday and pay out suppliers on the following Monday?

Shall we set the payout Interval to "Weekly" and paramters to "Monday" ? By doing so does my stripe account payout the suppliers connected accounts once per week according to the paramenter set for "Monday"?
