it's some sketchy looking online thing in Europe

the problem i have is it was an unauthorized transaction and I'm disputing through my bank and the bank sent me a document with Stripe's info plastered all over it

yeah, the bank hasn't been much help.

the transaction was made using someone else's name, address, the wrong expiration date and a few other flags that should have prevented the charge from happening in the first place
